变频家电电磁干扰的仿真的研究

摘    要:在变频产品开发中,通过变频模块产生的PWM信号,在控制直流无刷电机中,会产生严重的电磁噪声,将影响电磁兼容测试中的指标。该文采用理论分析,分析了直流无刷电机控制系统中三相电压方程与单相电压方程。经过比较确定直流无刷电机控制系统中三相电压方程与单相电压方程是一致的,从而建立了直流无刷电动机通过脉宽调制方式控制的系统仿真原理,通过系统仿真试验得出了一种抑制干扰的可行性方法。另外,根据理论分析和仿真研究,并根据仿真确定的参数,解决了变频洗衣机的电磁干扰问题。

Abstract:In inverter product system, electromagnetic noise produced by PWM amplifier signal from the inverter module in control system of DC motor with non-brush can effect the levels of voltage conducting and power radiation. With theoretical analyses, three-phase voltage equations for the system of DC motor with non-brush and single-phase voltage equation are analyzed in the paper. Three-phase voltage equations for the system of DC motor with non-brush can equal single-phase voltage equation based on comparing their performances, and then the system simulating theories based on PWM modulating for DC motor with non-brush is constructed. It demonstrates an effective method of both restraining noise and improving signal-to-noise by means of simulation experiments. In addition, in view of the parameters confirmed by theories and simulaton, electromagnetic noise of inverter washing machine has been solved in the paper.
