| Abstract: | The cutting construction in a section of Luo- Chang Freeway is very complex, It is near some oil depots and high-tension wires. By choosing various blasting parameters and taking some safety measures carefully. the earthquake waves and the flying crushed stones caused by blasting are controlled successfully, this section of the cutting excavation by blasting is fuifuled smoothly. |
