摘    要:对使用平均脊线宽度和方向场做特征向量的连续分类方法进行研究,在复平面内计算特征分类距离并选取合适阚值,能够将指纹数据库模板缩小到较为理想的待匹配子集中.该方法克服传统分类方式速度难以提升的问题,与传统分类方法具有较高的互补性.

Research on Fingerprint Classification Method Based on Two Features Vector
Abstract:This paper researches continuous classification methods using two features vector:average ridge line width and direction field characteristic vector.The result shows that by calculating feature classification distance in the complex plane and choosing the suitable feature classification threshold value,fingerprint database template can be narrowed down to the ideal matching subsets.This method can overcome speed defects of traditional classification approach,and has high complementary to traditional classification method.
