聚乳酸/玄武岩纤维复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用密炼机熔融共混后模压成型方法,制备玄武岩纤维(basalt fiber,BF)增强聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料。通过力学测试,研究了玄武岩纤维含量、辐照剂量对复合材料力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着纤维含量增加,复合材料比纯PLA树脂更能抵抗变形,这表现在复合体系弹性模量随玄武岩纤维含量的增加而提高。

Abstract:Composites of PLA reinft rced by basalt fiber (BF) are prepared by melt blending with an internal mixer and compression molding in this work. The effects of basalt fiber content and radiation on the mechanical and thermal properties of the composites are investigated through me- chanical test. The result of experiment indicates that with the increase of basalt fiber content, the composites are more resistant to deformation than the pure PEA resin, the elastic modulus of composites increases with the increase of basalt fiber content. The heat distor-tion temperature of composites increased with the increase of fiber content.
