航空发动机吞咽试验

摘    要:为考核航空发动机对武器发射的包容性,使用航空发动机地面试验台架,建立模拟导弹发射的废气发生装置,进行地面试验。通过对模拟装置的试验研究,得到不同装药量下,火药的燃烧时间、滞后时间和压力平衡时间,测量出废气发生装置的流量以及温升,为发动机试验提供参考。对于发动机的整机吞咽试验,会导致发动机进口温升突增,同时发动机排气温度上升,发动机转速突降,如果不采取措施,会导致发动机的喘振。

Abstract:Based on the aero-engine ground test, a generating device is established to simulate the missile exhaust gas and test the inclusiveness of aero-engine to weapon firing on the ground bench. Through the test of the simulation device, the different propellant burning time, lag time and time of pressure balance from different explosive are acquired, the exhaust gas flow and tem- perature rise are measured, which provides a reference to the engine test. The swallowing test will cause the temperature of the engine inlet and the exhaust flow rise suddenly, the engine rota-tional speed descend. Then, the engine will surge if no measures are taken.
