摘    要:介绍轮胎表面应变的测量方法,并采用刀片切口成长法对11.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈部位表面的应变进行测试分析。结果表明,加宽模具子口设计有利于降低轮胎初期应变,但是模具子口宽度过大会在轮胎胎圈部位造成反复应变,加速轮胎损坏,建议模具子口宽度设计均在标准轮辋宽度的基础上增大12.7mm(0.5英寸)。

Abstract:The methods for measuring the surface strain of tires were introduced,and the surface strain of the tire bead of 11.00R20 truck and bus radial tire was tested and analyzed by using the blade cut growth method.The results showed that,increase of mold bead width could reduce the initial strain,but excessive bead width could easily lead to repeated strain and tire destruction.It was recommended to increase the bead width of mold by 12.7 mm(0.5 inch) based on the width of standard rim.
