| 摘 要： | 研究了利用压力位移气动传感方法和以扩散硅压力传感器组成测试系统对发动机喷油嘴偶件进行检测。通过理论和试验方法对测试系统的特性误差进行了分析。系统经标定后，能实现测量结果与标准相对应的自动测量。

| Abstract: | A measuring system is studied to test coupled pair in oil nozzle of engines by means of the pneumatic sensing method and the diffused silicon pressure sensor.The system characteristic errors are analyzed by theoretic and experimental methods.After calibrated,the system can carry out the automatic testing,and testing results are consistent with the standard. |
