可见光及紫外光分光光度法测定溪黄草总黄酮

摘    要:以芦丁为参照品比较了可见光及紫外分光光度法测定溪黄草总黄酮的方法。在可见光分光光度法中,硝酸铝作显色剂,测量波长为510 nm。紫外分光光度法,测量波长为359 nm。结果表明,紫外分光光度法是一种较理想的测定方法。

Abstract:Total flavonoid content in Rabdosia lophanthoides was determined by VIS and UV Spectrophotometry,both with rutin as reference sample. In VIS spectrophotometric analysis,(Al(NO_3)_3) was used as the revealing agent and the measurement was conducted at 510 nm.In UV spectrophotometric analysis,the measurement was canducted at 359 nm.The comparation of two methods indicated that UV spectrophotometry was a better method for the determination of the total flavonoid content in Rabdosia lophanthoides.
