| 摘 要： | 新时期，高校共青团需要加强服务青年的功能，建立起联系青年的新型纽带，以此来加强和改进团的作风建设，满足高校青年利益需求多样化的要求。加强服务青年的功能，必须把握青年学生的根本利益，大处着眼，小处着手，处理好服务青年与服务社会、服务大局的关系，发挥青年学生的主观能动性，积极进行服务创新，提升工作水平。

| Abstract: | During the new period, the college Communist Youth League is linked to college students by bonds of offering more services in order to better the league' work and satisfy the students' requirements. In the hope of strengthening its function of serving the youth, we'd balance the relationships of serving the youth, the society and the whole nation in the interest of college students, viewing from the whole perspective and dealing at the specific point, and thus it will gain the students' own initiation, deepen the service creation and promote the students' work development. |
