煤净化技术的新进展:电化学制氢与煤的温和净化

摘    要:作为一种煤的温和化化学净化,煤的电化学法脱灰脱硫近期在国外引起广泛关注。该方法的显著特点是常压常温操作,工艺流程简单,能量收率高,在净煤同时还能联产大量高纯氢气,操作成本十分低廉。本文综述了近年来有关其脱灰脱硫的原理及影响脱灰脱硫效果的若干因素等方面研究所取得的进展,同时介绍了该方法简单的工艺流程及初步的经济可行性评价。

Abstract:As a new development of mild coal cleaning,the desulfur- ization and deashing of coal by electrochemical oxidation of coal water slurry has received an increasing great interest abroad.The striking characteris- tics of the novel cleaning process are that it has the potential to provide mild cleaning of coal with high energy recovery and simultaneous production of a large annout of pure hydrogen at low cost and mild operating conditi- ons.This paper systematically reviewed some recent developments of this approach achieved with regard to its electrochemical reaction mechanism and the effects of some operating parameters on the cleaning of coal.The eco- nomic possibility of the process was also discussed.
