转鼓氨酸工艺生产含生化黄腐酸钾复混肥料的问题及对策

摘    要:生化黄腐酸钾富含多种中微量元素、维生素、生物活性物质等,可直接施用到农田,或者添加到复混肥料中。利用转鼓工艺生产含生化黄腐酸钾复混肥料,考察生化黄腐酸钾对复混肥料生产指标及产品指标的影响。转鼓工艺中添加生化黄腐酸钾会遇到结疤、糊筛网等问题,提出相应的解决办法。

Abstract:Biochemical fulvic acid potassium contains rich variety of trace elements,vitamins and bioactive substances,etc.,it can be directly applied to the fields or added to the compound fertilizer.Using drum process the compound fertilizer is produced with biochemical fulvic acid potassium as material,the effects of biochemical fulvic acid potassium on production index and product index are studied.In drum process adding biochemical fulvic acid potassium will encounter problems such as scabbing,bonding on screen etc.The countermeasures are put forward for these problems.
