| 摘 要： | 根据视频序列的帧间信息，以平均亮度和图象能量为约束条件，提出一种改进的基于块的背景重建方法。利用重建得到的背景图象，通过背景消减实现了运动目标的检测，检测结果以运动目标的外接矩形表示。

| Abstract: | According to the information between video sequence and constraint of average intensity and image energy,an improved algorithm of background reconstruction based on block is presented.By means of background subtraction,moving objects detection is performed,the results are represented as the outer rectangular bounds of moving ojbects. |
