智能配电网技术方案的应用设计

摘    要:分析了能量流、信息流及业务流在传统配电网、数字配电网及智能配电网中的不同特征,提出了智能配电网的技术方案,给出了完善电网基础设施(即能量传输系统-配电网网架)、通信传输系统平台以及相关的智能配电终端的设计方法;构建了智能配电网调度系统、配电自动化系统、用电管理系统及其构成的调配一体化系统、配用一体化系统、调配用一体化系统的基本功能、基础应用和高级应用架构,并对各个环节的关键技术组成进行了探讨。

Abstract:The smart distribution grid is a systems engineering. The characteristics of energy flow, information flow and business flow in traditional distribution grid, digital distribution grid and smart distribution grid (SDG) are analyzed in this paper. The technical scheme of SDG consists of three parts. The improvement of grid infrastructure (i.e. energy transmission system and distribution network), and the design method of the communication transmission system platform and relevant intelligent power distribuion terminal are presented in the paper. The scheduling system, the power distribution automation system and power management system are constructed. And then the basic functions, basic application and advanced application architecture of the scheduling and distribution integration system, the distribuion and management integration and the scheduling, distribution and management integration system are described. Key technologies of each link are discussed which provide a guidance for the future network construction.
