| Abstract: | Quantitative risk evaluation of risk based inspection from the likelihood of failure and the consequence of failure for two constitute of equipment risk were introduced. Through example analysis, the calculation process of quantitative risk evaluation was illustrated and the risk of equipment was quantified. The risk grade of the latent risk was obtained and offered decision basis for the governor. |
