微乳液法制备纳米Ni-Cu/Al_2O_3碳二选择加氢催化剂及其性能

摘    要:采用微乳液法和浸渍法制备了负载型纳米非贵金属选择加氢催化剂Ni-Cu/Al2O3,对Ni-Cu/Al2O3催化剂的物化性质进行了表征,并评价了Ni-Cu/Al2O3催化剂在碳二馏分选择加氢反应中的催化性能。表征结果显示,微乳液法制备的Ni-Cu/Al2O3催化剂的活性组分颗粒粒径约为8nm,分散性好,表面效应显著,活性组分主要负载在载体的表面。实验结果表明,微乳液法制备的Ni-Cu/Al2O3催化剂在碳二选择加氢反应中具有很好的活性和选择性,在反应温度为71℃时,乙炔转化率为99.88%,乙烯选择性为72.50%,丙二烯和丙炔的转化率为92.85%,丙烯选择性为97.38%;微乳液法制备的Ni-Cu/Al2O3催化剂的催化加氢性能优于浸渍法制备的Ni-Cu/Al2O3催化剂。

Abstract:Non-noble metal nano Ni-Cu/Al2O3 catalyst for selective hydrogenation of C2 was prepared by microemulsion(EM) and was compared with its counterpart consisted of same active components and support but prepared by conventional impregnation(IMI).Physico-chemical properties of the two catalysts were characterized and their catalytic activities in selective hydrogenation of C2 were evaluated.The active components on EM catalyst were highly dispersed and the average particle size of its active components was about 8 nm.Ni was found to exist in amorphous state,no obvious aggregation of Ni particles was observed on EM catalyst.Moreover the surface of support of EM was proved to be richer in Ni.When reaction temperature was 71 ℃,conversion of acetylene and selectivity to ethylene were 99.88% and 72.50% respectively;conversion of allene and propyne and selectivity to propylene were 92.85% and 97.38% respectively.The EM catalyst prepared by microemulsion was much more active than the IMI catalyst prepared by impregnation.
