酶解糖异养培养微藻发酵条件的优化及生产试验

摘    要:采用酶解糖取代葡萄糖作为碳源,应用流加工艺和发酵条件(起始pH、温度、溶氧)优化,在7L机械搅拌发酵罐异养培养微藻,与葡萄糖作为碳源工艺相比,微藻生物量达到49.8 g/L,提高了13.7 g/L;在优化发酵条件的基础上,进行了4 000 L机械搅拌发酵罐放大生产试验,连续3罐批,微藻平均生物量达到46.8 g/L。

Abstract:Microalgae was heterotropically cultured in 7L stirred tank fermenter with Enzymatic starch sugar,which allows significant improvement in biomass concentration compared to glucose.By feeding and optimization of fermentation conditions(initial pH value,temperature,dissolved oxygen),the biomass concentration reached 49.8 g/L,which is 13.7 g/L more than that of using glucose.In the 4 000 L stirred tank fermenter,the average biomass concentration was 46.8 g/L,by fermenting three times consecutively at the optimized conditions.
