| 摘 要： | 一种伺服肘杆式精密冷挤压压力机的装模高度调节装置.它是由电机,蜗轮蜗杆减速器,螺杆,楔铁和调整滑块组合而成,原理是:电机通过减速器减速并最终与螺杆连接,螺杆旋转推动楔铁前进和退后,而楔铁和调整滑块是斜面配合,从而把楔铁的水平运动转化为调整滑块的上下运动,达到模具高度的调整.经过试验,该结构很好的满足了机器的使用要求,调...

| Abstract: | one kind of mould height adjustment of toggle precision cold extrusion presses.It contains motor,reducer,screw,cuneiform and adjustment slide.The elements is that motor connect the reducer to speed-down and pass the power to the screw,so the screw can be turn and made the cuneiform move left and right.Because the cuneiform contact the adjustment slide with bevel,so the adjustment slide can be move down and up.This structure matches the demand of the machine,and works better. |
