面向模具车间机器人制造单元的任务调度策略

摘    要:分析了模具生产加工的特点,针对模具车间机器人制造单元作业任务难以合理分配的问题,以工件组的总体完工时间最小为优化目标,提出了任务调度的数学模型,并建立了一种遗传禁忌混合优化算法.最后,通过实例分析说明了所提方法的可靠性和有效性.

Abstract:It was difficult to schedule properly task scheduling strategy of Robotic Cell for Mould Manufacturing.Analyzed the characteristics of mould production,a mathematical model with the optimizing targets to minimal makespan was proposed.A genetic tabu hybrid optimization algorithm was designed to solve the optimization problem.Finally,an application example demonstrated the reliability and effectiveness of the approach.
