| 摘 要： | 为获得符合实际桥式起重机起升载荷的分布模型,对某起重机装配车间的一台75/30 t桥式起重机进行5天的起升载荷样本采集,共采集165个样本.对该样本利用上确界型统计量(D统计量)、平方差型统计量(A2统计量、W2统计量),按指数分布、正态分布、对数正态分布、Gamma分布、两参数威布尔分布、三参数威布尔分布6种分布模型假设进行分布检验及似然比拟合优度检验.结果表明显著性水平、检验方法、分布模型假设影响检验结果.在6种分布模型中,三参数威布尔分布假设更好地符合75/30 t桥式起重机起升载荷分布特征,可作为起重机钢结构疲劳分析、寿命评估和可靠性计算的基础. |
