一种可扩展式磁传感器阵列及应用

摘    要:介绍了一种基于UGN3503U线性霍尔传感器的磁传感器阵列,其测量区域可根据具体需要进行扩展,测量灵敏度及其外特性与UGN3503U基本一致。在将其制成传感模块的情况下,可以广泛用于在役长输管道、油罐等大型设备的漏磁探伤,由于测量面积和分辨力的提高,可以极大地减少信号处理通道数目,降低测量装置的复杂性,并提高测量系统的可靠性。

Abstract:A kind of magnetic sensor array based on the UGN3503U linear Hall transducer is presented.A larger detecting area can be acquired by combining a number of UGN3503U with a special circuit to form the magnetic sensor array and this new kind of magnetic sensor array can be widely used for detecting metal defects of long distance buried pipeline and oil tank floor due to corrosion by the magnetic flux leakage method.Because of improving measurement aren and resolution,the number of the signal treating passage can be reduced,the complexity of the measuring device can be lowered,and the reliability of the measuring system can be improved.
