车辆行星传动系统虚拟样机技术研究与实践

摘    要:为了提高车辆传动系统的设计水平,结合多体动力学仿真及分析的理论,阐述了基于动力学虚拟样机技术的车辆传动系统的设计方法。以ADAMS为平台,结合Unigraphics中的三维模型,建立了某车辆行星传动系统动力学虚拟样机,并进行了仿真计算和结果分析。获得了该传动系统的重要性能参数,并就影响传动系统的性能和寿命的相关参数进行了分析,为同类产品的改进设计提供依据。

Abstract:Based on the theory of simulation and analysis of multi-body dynamics the designing method of vehicle transmission system relied on dynamic virtual prototyping technology was discussed to improve the design of vehicle transmission system. Combining with three-dimensional model in Unigraphics the dynamic virtual prototyping of a planetary transmission system in certain vehicle was established based on ADAMS platform, and the results of both simulation and calculation were carried out. The important capability parameters of the transmission system were obtained and some interrelated parameters that influence the capability and natural life of the system were analyzed, and references were provided for ameliorating the design of similar products.
