摘    要:大庆油田计量间采用微机控制计量,选用的LRQ-50型气表和浮球接点控制管道系在运行时,经常发性气表进油以及浮球失灵造成泵不启动或启不停等现象。经过计量工艺改造,采用热洗分离器的方法处理后便能迅速恢复正常。此方法简单易行,可为同类型微机计量装置提供可靠的措施保证。

Abstract:Metering rooms in Daqing oilfield adopt microcom puter to meter and LQR-50 type gas meter and float ball joint control pipeline pump. In operation, oil en tering gas meter or float ball malfunction to make pump unstarting or ceaseless frequently. Through re building of metering tcchnology, adopting hot wash separator . method, it provides a reliable measure to re store normal work quickly. This method is simple and convenient and provides a reliable meastlre to micro computer metering unit.
