| 摘 要： | 对Cr12冷作模具钢采用快速预冷等温球化退火，通过增加过冷度，提高了球化速度。用该球化退火工艺获得的碳化物颗粒细小，分布均匀，硬度适当，退火时间是传统工艺的1／7～1／10。 |

| Abstract: | The spheroidizing annealing process for Cr12 die steel, by rapid pre-cooling to increase the supercooling level and enhance the spheroidizing speed was studied. The results show that with this rapid pre-cooling spheroidizing annealing process, Cr12 die steel carbides are fine and well distributed ,and its hardness is appropriate to cut too. The annealing time is about 1/7 - 1/10 of that of the traditional annealing process. |
