Discussion on Integrative Working Pattern of Oil-Gas Exploration and Exploitation

Based on interview of background for origin of integrative working pattern of exploration and exploitation,the paper discussed some essential conceptions and features of this kind of management,and analyzed key factors affecting the integrative working pattern.It is pointed out that the integrative working pattern of exploration and exploitation is a new oil-gas production management style to realize the maximum benefit of investment,and it is also the internal requirement of investment management for oil-gas production.To combine with different knowledge domain is dynamically helpful to advance theory and technology for exploration and exploitation,and to increase composite benefit of investment.
