摘    要:针对德士古煤气化系统运行状态识别问题,将信息熵、模糊数学与物元分析理论相结合,提出了以氧碳原子比、气化炉温度、气化炉烧嘴压差、气化炉渣口压差、单炉产气量、出口煤气有效成分、产气率、烧嘴寿命和炉砖使用寿命为基础的评价指标体系,建立了基于信息熵模糊物元的德士古煤气化系统运行状态描述模型,采用集值统计迭代法计算各指标的权重,并应用神经网络模型做出判别,实现对运行状态的识别.通过对实际工况的分析,取得了较好的效果.所得结果与模糊综合评价法基本一致,验证了本文提出的方法是合理的.其原理和方法也适用于其他煤气化系统的运行状态识别分析与评价。

Abstract:Focusing on working-state recognition of Texaco coal gasification system,combining information entropy,fuzzy mathematics and matter-element analysis theory, the evaluating index system based on nine factors of influence on coal gasification was proposed,and a new approach on the basis of the information entropy fuzzy matter-element analysis for evaluating working-state was established. Then this model is applied to measured data. Through calculating the information entropy values of evaluating working-state and constructing a BP neural network with trained samples, the paper achieves comprehensive evaluation of working-state for Texaco coal gasification system,with the calculation of weight adopting the occurrence statistic iterative method. The evaluating result shows agreement with the values by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The proposed principle and the method are suitable for operating stability analysis of other coal gasification systems.
