间苯二甲酸二甲酯磺酸钠的合成

摘    要:以三氧化硫磺化间苯二甲酸、甲醇酯化、亚硫酸钠中和合成了间苯二甲酸二甲酯磺酸钠 ,考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明 ,间苯二甲酸和三氧化硫摩尔比为 1∶1.2 ,反应温度为 190℃ ,反应时间 5h是较适宜的磺化条件 ;酯化条件为甲醇和间苯二甲酸摩尔比 3∶1,反应温度 6 5℃ ,时间 2h ;亚硫酸钠在 2 0℃~ 5 0℃中和 ;总收率达 81.7%。

Abstract:Sodium 5 sulfoisophthalic acid dimethyl ester was synthesized by sulfonation of isophthalic acid with sulfur trioxide, esterification with methanol and neutralization with sodium sulfite. The influences on the rate of production of SIPM were investigated. The appropriate conditions of sulfonation should be: molar ratio of isophthalic acid to sulfur trioxide was 1∶1.2; reaction temperature was 190 ℃; reaction time was 5 h. The appropriate conditions of esterification should be: molar ratio of methanol to isophthalic acid was 3∶1; reaction temperature was 65 ℃; reaction time was 2 h. Neutralization was processed at the temperature between 20 ℃~50 ℃. The total yield of sodium 5 sulfoisophthalic acid dimethyl ester was 81.7%.
