| 摘 要： | 从几何光学与物理光学两个方面对激光光束海面散射特性进行了理论分析，推导出了散射光束方向和能量与入射光束入射角、海面起伏统计斜率及入射光束和观测设备夹角之间的关系，并根据所得结论论述了海面激光散射特性测量设备和测量方法．

| Abstract: | The scattering character of offshore laser beam based on geometrical optics and physical optics were analyzed,The relationship between direction and energy of scattering beam and an angle of incidence of incidence beam,statistical slope of offshore undulation as well as angle between incidence beam and observation equipment were derived,and the measuring equipment and method of scattering character of offshore laser beam according to above conclusion were discussed. |
