摘    要:对加工表面出现"鱼鳞斑"缺陷的HT300中型平板铸件进行了化学分析和金相组织检验,结果发现"鱼鳞斑"实际上是粗大的共晶团.实践证明,使用冷铁提高冷却速度,足细化共晶团、消除"鱼鳞斑"最简单有效的方法.

Abstract:In order to find out the reason causing fish scale-like specks on the machined surface of a medium size gray iron plate casting, microstructure and chemical composition of the casting was inspected. The metallographic inspection found that thefish scale peckswere actually coarse eutectic cells. Practice showed that using chills to increase cooling rate is the most simple and effective measure to eliminate this type of defect.
