项目经济评价方法--主观赋权多指标综合选优评价法

通过对我国目前开展项目经济评价工作中的选优方法的分析，指出了现存方法的不足。在对项目进行经济评价的３类有代表性的常用指标，投资上期、同值、内部收益率特点的分析基础上，从实际的角度提出了在满足可行标准条件下，进行方案综合选优的主观赋权多指标综合选优评价法，并结合实便对该方法的具体运用驾说明。并方法简便易行，具有实用价值。

APPROACH OF PROJECT ECONOMIC APPRAISAL --MULTI-INDEX OPTIMUMEVALUATION BY SUBJECTIVE WEIGHT ASSIGNMENT

Through the analysis of approach of optimum evaluation of the present project economic appraisal in our country,the shortcoming in it is pointed out.On the analysis of investment recovery period,net present value and internal rate of return,three key indices including in the economic appraisal of the project,an approach of the project economic appraisal, multi index optimum evaluation by subjective weight assignment is put forward in view of practice and meeting the feasible standard conditions.Examples are given to explain the approach how to apply,which is practical and convenient.
