| 摘 要： | 政府部门办公自动化系统应以公文处理为核心，同时提供信息通讯与服务等重要功能，因此，该系统设计包括公文管理、内部请示报告管理、档案管理、会议管理等应用，并作了详细的需求分析和可行性分析，基于LotusDomino／Notes设计了电子公文应用系统。

| Abstract: | Government Department office automation system should be based on official documents as the core treatment, while providing communications and information services, etc. Key features of the system design, including correspondence management, internal instruc- tions report management, records management, conference management, and other applications, and made a detailed demand analysis and feasibility analysis, based on Lotus Domino / Notes the design of an electronic document applications. |
