摘 要: | 本文系统地究研了稀土元素对粉末渗硼的催渗作用以及工艺参教、渗剂成份诸因素对稀土催渗作用的影响,从而探索出稀土元素在渗硼过程中的一些规律。与一般渗硼相比,加入适量的稀土可使渗硼层组织和疏松明显改善,渗层硬度以及耐蚀性和抗氧性均有所提高。

Abstract: | This paper deals with the energiging effect of rare earth elements (RE) on powder boronizing and influence of the boronzing technique,boronizing agent on the energizing effect of RE, and some regularity of RE in the process of boro-nizing is found out. An amount of RE improves remarkably structure and por-osity of boronizing layer. The hardness, anti--corrosion nature and oxidationresistance of the RE--boronizing layer are all increased as compared with thatwithout adding RE. |
