摘    要:翻孔工艺是冲压中常用的一种工艺,一般是单独使用.本文通过一个具体产品的工艺改进说明了翻边工艺替代铆接工艺,实现产品的铆接.阐述了该方法的实施方案以及模具设计过程中相关参数的取舍.通过理论分析,得出了铆接翻边工艺的力学计算方法以及理论上翻边宽度的计算方法.

Abstract:The flanging technology is a separated process and commonly used in the press.Through a product technology improvement,flanging technology was replaced by riveting joint technology and implemented the product riveting joint.Related parameter selection of die design process and implementing project of riveting flanging was explained.Also mechanics calculation of riveting flanging and the method of flanging width in terms of theory were got through analysis.
