发泡式镉镍电池的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了发泡式镉镍电池的研制情况。对发泡式镍基板、发泡式电极与电池的制造工艺及其特点作了较详细的说明。研制的AA型发泡式镉镍电池性能优良,放电容量为700mAh以上,可用1.5小时快速充电,循环寿命超过400次。

Abstract:The preparation of foamed alkaline nickel cadmium sealed rechargeable batteries was reported. The manufacturing process and the characteristics of the foamed nickel substrate,foamed nicked electrode and the batteries were described in detail. AA size foamed nickel cadmium batteries had excellent performances with the discharge capacity greater than 700 mAh. This battery could be fast charged in 1. 5 hours and its cycle life was over 400 times.
