黄壁庄水库除险加固工程塌坝处理与实施效果评价

Treatment of dam collapse in Huangbizhuang reservoir reinforcement project and result evaluation

The happening and treatment of accident of auxiliary dam collapse of Huangbizhuang Reservoir attracts great attention in the field of disaster reduction and dam strengthening in China. This experience of dam reinforcement is worth of summarizing. The structure measures applied to the problems existed in vertical concrete antiseepage wall of dam hody and foundation is appropriate from the engineering point of view. Quality of the project is satisfactory to the design requirement. After safety assessment of water storage of the dam, a comprehensive technical summary and evaluation is made toward operation result and mechanism of collapsed dam. It is found that the treatment of bore hole in the seepage control wall is effective, and the auxiliary dam exhibits a safe state.
