2007年房地产市场形势分析及2008年走势预测

受宏观经济持续走强的影响，2007年房地产市场供需两旺，住房价格进一步升高。同时，国家加大了房地产市场的调控力度，一系列调控措施相继出台，使部分城市房地产市场年末出现销售量下降的变化。展望2008年，在宏观调控措施的作用下，住宅供给结构将进一步改善，投资性住房需求将得到遏制，住房价格涨势将有所回落。但要注重继续贯彻落实宏观调控的各项政策措施，保持房地产市场的平稳运行。

Bend Analysis and Structure Improvement of Drag Link of a Truck

FEM with beam elements is used to analyze the bending of the drag link of a truck in an export test.Results show that the safety factor is too small to bear the impact load of the test,leading to the plastic bending.Then this paper proposes improvement solutions and makes comparisons from the aspects of safety factor,assembly request and cost of each solution.Finally the optimum solution is chosen to solve the problem.There is no similar problem in the same test when an improved drag link is reassembled.
