| 摘 要： | 广州乙烯芳烃抽提装置抽提部分的开车应用了优化的开车步骤。抽提塔及抽余油水洗塔停工不退料,一来减少了抽余油在抽提塔及加余油水洗塔的累积时间,二来缩短了开车时间,减少了不合格抽提油的采出量,解决了湿溶剂罐小的难题。

| Abstract: | During start-up of Extraction Section of Aromatic Extraction Unit in Guangzhou Ethylene Company Limited, an optimized operation plan which material didn't withdraw from Extractor and Raffinate Water Wash column, was adopted to greatly reduce accumulation time of reffinate oil in Extractor column and Raffinate Water Wash column and shorten the time of start-up to cause less take-out of unqualified extract oil, thus solve the problem of smaller wet solvent tank |
