| 摘 要： | 采用DEGS为固定液、联苯为内标物,用气相色谱法测定二氢黄樟油中二氢黄樟素的含量。该方法的标准偏差为0.418,变异系数为0.452％。

| Abstract: | The quantitative analysis of dihydrosafrole, by gas chromatography on 2% DEGS packed column and using biphenyl as internal standard, was introducced.The method is convenient, rapid and accurate.The results showed that coefficients of variation and linear correlation were 0,452% and 0.9999 respectively.The average recovery was 99.98 % |
