摘    要:本文着重阐述如何根据6160系列柴油发电机组振动特点来设计隔振系统,其中介绍了隔报方案的选择,隔报器(垫)的设计、选择及安装位置的确定,隔振台架刚度的检验以及机组的性能、价格、安装等;并时隔振效果、采用隔振后的效益及应用前景进行了分析。

Abstract:Elaboration is focused on how the vibration isolating system used for series 6160 diesel genset has been designed in terms of the vibration feature of the genset, with detailed illustraion being made from all aspects of alternate isolation selection, design, choice and erection position determination of vibration isolator (isolating pad), verification of isolation mounting (base frame) as well as performance, cost and installation of the genset, etc.; An analysis is also conducted to show the isolatingcffect,the economic benefit from adoption of such isolation and the prospective application.
