| 摘 要： | 本文介绍中国建材研究院最近研制成功的我国第一台小型多道Ｘ射线荧光光谱仪。该仪器采用独创的光导准直器和平弯晶两用分光器,同时采用一台工控微机进行自动控制,数据采集和分析处理,实现整机的机电一体化,仪器的主要性能指标达到国际同类仪器水平,填补了我国在该技术领域的空白。

| Abstract: | A low-power multi-channel wave length dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is successfully developed in China Building Materials Academy.The optical fiber collimators are invented and adopted.The special designed monochromators are suitable to fix both flat and curved crystal.An IPC is used to setup the parameters,control the spectrometer,aquire and process the data. |
