等结构角和安装角下的L型扬料板仿真分析

摘    要:L型扬料板因结构简单、造价低廉和干燥效率高而广泛应用于回转式烘干机中。利用Solid Edge软件建立回转烘干机截面仿真模型,然后将模型导入到离散元分析软件 EDEM中,通过定义颗粒及回转筒体的相关属性,对烘干机的L型扬料板在结构角与安装角相等时颗粒的运动情况进行了分析,并得出相关参数的变化规律和结论。通过仿真发现,烘干机的 L 型扬料板在结构角与安装角相等且为60°时效果相对更优,与传统的分析方法相比,该方法更加经济高效;同时,为其他相关产品的设计与研究提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:Because of L plate's simple structure,low cost and high drying efficiency,it has been widely used in the rota-ry dryer.By using SolidEdge,simulation model of the section of the rotary dryer was established,and then the model was imported into the discrete element method software of EDEM.Through defining the association attributes,particle motion under L plates with the equal structure angular and installation angular could be analyzed.Finally,the conclusions could be obtained through the related parameters.Through the simulation,60 degree plates which have the same structure angular and installation angular have better particles'moving effects.Comparing with the traditional analysis method,this method is more economic and efficient.At the same time,it provided a certain basis for the design and study of other related products.
