基于TRIZ理论的微波真空干燥辣椒设备研究

摘    要:随着人们生活水平的提高,对辣椒品质的要求也逐步提高。实现辣椒干燥的工业化和机械化能有效提高辣椒干燥效率,提升辣椒品质,产生极大的经济效益;但是,通过对目前几种辣椒干燥技术进行分析发现,传统辣椒干燥技术及设备无法满足对辣椒品质的要求。本文利用 TRIZ 理论在发明创新中的优势,简要介绍了TRIZ理论的来源及内容,通过对问题进行描述,建立问题模型及矛盾矩阵,找出了解决问题的方法,并结合微波真空干燥技术,设计出了一种新型辣椒干燥设备。

Abstract:With the development of people's living standards,the requirement to quality of pepper is becoming more and more higher.It is good for drying efficiency that realizing industrialization and mechanization,which can improve quality of pepper and get huge economic benefits,but through analysis of several pepper drying technology,it can be concluded that traditional drying technology do not meet the requirements of high quality.The paper used the advantages of TRIZ theory, found the way of solving problems,and combined with micro-wave drying technology,designed a new kind of pepper drying equipment.
