摘    要:以高岭土和硅藻土混合黏土作为研究对象,利用原位晶化技术和孔道控制技术,合成了具有多级孔道的ZSM 5分子筛。采用粉末X射线衍射法(XRD)、N2静态吸附 脱附法、电子扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT IR)和热重 差热(TG DTA)对所合成的样品进行分析表征。结果表明,原位晶化技术所合成的ZSM 5分子筛结晶度为53%,晶粒大小约为2 μm,且含有中大孔结构和较大的比表面积及孔体积,具有高的热稳定性。

Abstract:Hierarchical ZSM 5 zeolite was synthesized by using in situ crystallization and porous control technologies using Kaolin and diatomite as raw materials. The synthesized samples were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption desorption, scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT IR), and thermo gravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG DTA). The results show that the synthesized samplies of 53% relative crystallinity, with grain size about 2 μm and widepore structure. Furthermore, it exhibits large specific surface area and pore volume as well as high hydrothermal stability.
