深度加氢柴油中苯并噻吩类化合物的测定

摘    要:建立了基于气相色谱 四极杆串联飞行时间质谱(GC QTOF MS)直接测定深度加氢柴油中苯并噻吩类化合物(BTs)的方法。该方法可以实现超低硫柴油中BTs快速直接定性定量分析,具有较高的重复性和准确性,加标回收实验数据相对偏差低于5%,定量标准曲线线性系数均高于09990,测得(C0~C4)BTs化合物定量限为005 mg/L。利用该方法对深度加氢脱硫直馏柴油中的BTs进行定性定量分析,共鉴定苯并噻吩类化合物48种,并对直馏柴油不同程度加氢产品中的苯并噻吩类化合物定量分析。结果表明,深度加氢柴油中残留的BTs主要为C2 BTs和C3 BTs,在C1 BTs中2位和7位甲基取代BT更难通过加氢脱除。

Abstract:A qualitative and quantitative analysis method of benzothiophenes(BTs) was established based on accurate mass Quadrupole Time of Flight Mass coupled with Gas Chromatography (GC QTOF MS). The hydrogenation products of straight run diesel were analyzed by the method. The result showed that the method could be used for BTs’ identification and quantitation in ultra low sulfur diesel. For all (C0-C4) BTs, the method had a low limit of detection (LOD) and a low limit of quantitation (LOQ) (below 005 mg/L), high stability and accuracy (the relative standard deviation (RSD) of less than 50% and a high linear correlation coefficients of more than 09990). 48 BTs with alkyl chains of 0 to 4 carbon atoms were detected in low sulfur hrdrogenation produt, and the results showed that the remaining BTs were mainly C2 BTs. For C1 BTs, the 2 /7 isomers are the most difficult to remove from diesel.
