摘    要:影响玻璃表面质量的因素贯穿玻璃生产的全过程,但现在成型缺陷逐渐超过熔化缺陷,成为影响浮法玻璃质量的主要缺陷.浮法薄玻璃的表面质量明显不如厚玻璃,主要表现在厚度和厚薄差以及玻璃的上下表面质量上,它们与成形技术、成形工艺制度等有关.本文通过分析影响浮法薄玻璃表面质量的成形因素,提出了一些改进措施,力求提高浮法薄玻璃的表面质量,提高浮法玻璃的二次加工率.

Abstract:The factors affecting surface quality of the float glass exist throughout the process of production. The forming defects are more than melting defects, which are main factors affecting the quality of the glass. The surface quality of the float thin glass is not so good as that of the thick one in thinkness and thickness tolerance, and upper - lower surfaces. They are related with forming technology, forming process and bath atmosphere. In this paper, the measures for improving surface quality are presented by analyzing the forming factors to improve deep - process rate of float glass.
