甜菜品种资源的模糊聚类分析

本文用“编网法”依据根产量、含搪率、抗褐斑病性、生长势4个性状对20份甜菜种质材料进行了模糊聚类分析。经对1～4类方差分析结果看出,除生长势外,其余性状各类间均存在极显著差异。因此,本聚类分析主要是依据根产量、含糖率、抗褐斑病性状综合指标进行的。本文旨在介绍甜菜品种资源模糊聚类分析方法,为甜菜育种部门提供可参考的不同类型原始材料。

An Analysis of Fuzzy Assemble Class on Sugar Beet Variety Resources

The analysis of fuzzy assemble class were carried out by network method on root yield,sugar content,resistant to leaf spot and growth vigour of 20 sugar beet germplasms.The results has shown that the varia- tion was significant the growth vigour by the analysis of varience.Thus the analysis of assemble class were carried out with that according to the synthetical index of root yield,sugar content and resistant to leaf spot. In this paper,the method of this analysis were introduced and it would give some reference of various types of source material to sugar beet breeding department.
