| Abstract: | The results have reported the detail technological process of small-size phytic acid production in industry, which were obtained in the practice. The experiments indicate that this process is succinct and reasonable, the quality and productivity of phy-tic acid have been improved obuiously. We consider that this technology possess spread value of application. |
