凸轮机构在电子行业自动化生产线中的应用

摘    要:伺服电机逐渐取代了以前那些采用机械、气压、液压来进行动力传递、运动执行的机构。但是,由于受到作用时间、运行可靠性等因素的制约,在今后的很长一段时间内仍不能完全取代原先的机械结构。特别是在自动机械中正在广泛应用的凸轮机构,由于其可以产生复杂的运动规律,用作控制机构时可以控制执行机构的自动工作循环,作为传动件时具有构建数量少和空间体积小等固有特点。文中通过对几种常见的运动执行机构进行比较、分析后,阐明了凸轮机构这一传统机械结构的优点,凸轮机构在高速自动化机械之中还有着广泛的应用。

Abstract:Servo motor replaces the old mechanical, pressure, hydraulic structure to force transmission, movement execution mechanism. But, due to the running speed and other factors, operational reliability, it can not completely replace the original cast mechanical structure in a long time. Especially the cam mechanism can generate complex motion law in the transmission piece, when used as a control mechanism can control the actuator automatic work cycle. when used as the transmission parts, it also has the advantage of less constructing number and small volume. Through the comparison and analysis of several kind of common motion actuator, this article explained that in high speed automated machinery, the cam mechanism will still be widely used for a long time.
