水氯化法从银金精矿焙砂中提取金银的研究

摘    要:研究了某炭质银精矿的水氯化法浸出工艺,主要考察了氯化浸出温度和浸出时间对金浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在室温及电位为1.0V的条件下氯化浸出10h时,其金浸出率可达96%以上,而浸金渣中的银则采用硫化硫酸盐回收,其最佳浸出率可达95%以上。

Abstract:A chlorine leaching process for recoveries of gold and silver from the calcine of a silver gold concentrate has been studied. The influence of leaching temperature and residence time on extractive efficiency of gold in chlorine leaching process was investigated. The results show that under these conditions of room temperature, solution potential of 1.0 V and chlorine leaching time of 10 h, 96% of extractive efficiency of gold can be obtained. Moreover, 95% of extractive efficiency of silver can be reached when the residue was leached with sodium thiosulfate solution.
