摘    要:以我国西南某大型水电站引水调压井中用作升管的闸门井坍塌事故作为例子,通过计算分析,说明在这一类调压井的设计中,不能沿用单一的甩(或增)荷工况作为控制工况,应考虑连续增甩负荷可能会造成调压井内涌浪的不利叠加,此外还应考虑在各种不利工况叠加下升管与大井之间的水位差.

Abstract:In this paper, calculations are carried out to simulate the collapse processof gate well which is used as a riser pipe of the differential surge tank of a largepower plant in China. It is shown by calculation that after a series of loading andunloading, a large water level difference between the tank and riser pipe happened,thus accident occured. Further analysis indicates that the single unloading operation is not the most unfavorable operation condition. The probablesuperimposition of surges due to continuous loading and unloading and the corresponding water level difference between the surge tank and riser pipe should betaken into account during design.
