摘    要:介绍了乙炔法氯乙烯合成中低汞触媒的试用情况。与高汞触媒进行性能比较,分析了影响触媒性能的因素。应用情况表明,采用合理的配方及合适的操作条件,低汞触媒可以代替高汞触媒。

Abstract:The tryout status of low mercury catalyst in synthesis of vinyl chloride by acetylene method was introduced, and capacity of low and high mercury catalyst was compared. The influential factors of capacity of catalyst were analysed. High mercury catalyst was replaced by low mercury catatlyst with the rational formula and feasible operation station.
